A New Day is Dawning at The Breakers Inn

Our classic coastal Inn, originally built in 1900, is reopening for summer 2026 under new ownership.

The new owners are proud to steward The Breakers Inn into the next chapter of its long standing position in the community of Higgins Beach.

The Inn is undergoing a thoughtfully planned renovation of its interior spaces, amenities, and guest rooms. While we’re putting the finishing touches on a refreshed experience, we look forward to sharing more details ahead of our upcoming season.
