Accessibility at The Breakers Inn

The Breakers Inn is a historic property. Due to the age and structural limitations of the building, the inn is not fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). As a grandfathered historic structure, certain architectural barriers cannot be removed without fundamentally altering the character of the building. Guest rooms are located on upper floors and are accessible by stairs only. We do not have elevators, accessible guest rooms, or fully accessible public restrooms. Doorway widths, bathroom layouts, and common areas reflect the original historic construction.

We understand that accessibility needs vary.
